AIEMA also runs a modern crèche wherein about 85 children are given day care with proper medical attention, food, recreation etc., for the children of the employees working in the Estate.

Silver Jubilee Trust
AIEMA which has completed 50 years since its inception established this Trust 25 years back to commemorate the Silver Jubilee year of the Association in the year 1988 . It was then decided to build a corpus which can be put to beneficial use for encouraging academic merits amongst children of our employees.
