INDUSTRIAL TRAINING & HRD
One of the main activities of ATC is to provide Human Resources Development (HRD) for its members. ATC has trained over 6,000 participants involving about 350 programmes. ATC is recognized by the Central and State Government for conducting HRD and Entrepreneur Development Programmes.
To give an impetus, enhance the quality of training and draw-in more participation from members, with the timely support and advice from ZDH. ATC has successfully conducted 36 training programmes since October 1999.
