ACMEE 2012

ACMEE 2012 – 10th in the biennial series, will be held in Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai, India, during14 – 18 June 2012.
With the approval of India Trade Promotion Organization participation from overseas countries is facilitated. Overseas participants can import exhibits / publicity materials for display in the event subject to customs regulations.

TECHNICAL SESSIONS & CONFERENCE
In order to get first- hand information and proper feel of market requirement and supplies, seminars and presentation by participants and industry leaders are being scheduled, during ACMEE 2012.
FAIR DIRECTORY
A well designed directory, comprising comprehensive information about the participants will be distributed to industry delegations, government officials, OEMs and project officials, overseas importers, etc. The directory would serve the purpose of a buyer’s guide. Advertisements in the directory would reach precisely, the target audience and provide necessary information to help the buyers in decision – making. The directory would be an excellent reference guide with a long shelf life.
CHENNAI
Chennai is the second largest industrial city in India, located in the shore of Bay of Bengal It is also named as Detroit of India. Many multinational companies – Ashok Layland, BSA, Carborandum, Caterpillar, Delphi, Ford India, Hidustan Motors, Hyundai, St. Gobain, Simpsons, TRW, TVS Group, Visteon, Nokia, BMW, Komatsu, Motorola, Dell etc., – have their facilities. Chennai is the hub of ancillary engineering units in India, and prides in having one of the largest harbours, besides an international airport. Chennai boasts of Marina, the second largest beach in the world.
THE VENUE: CHENNAI TRADE CENTRE
Chennai Trade Centre, situated at Nandambakkam in Chennai, spread over 16,000 sqm., is the most modern air-conditioned exhibition centre in India, conforming to international standards. It is located just 3 km away from the international / domestic airport and closed to several star hotels.
THE STALLS
Modular in construction as per international standards, in terms of feutures, facilities and aesthetics, the stalls will be in a well-lit ambience. Standard modules with fascia would measure 9 sqm. However, larger modules can be made available, on request. The total hall area would be fully air-conditioned. Large working modules can be exhibited in open-air stalls at vantage location. Three phase power supply, compressed air, telephone, wi-fi, special lighting are a few of the on-site facilities available to the achibitors.
THE ORGANISERS
Ambattur Industrial Estate Manufactures Association (AIEMA) and AIEMA Technology Centre, the institutions which brought the stalwarts of India Industry together under one umbrella, are organising ACMEE series of exhibitions. So far nine editions were held biennially from 1994. The tenth edition will be held in Chennai during 14 – 18 June 2012.
